80km northwest of Kajaani, lake Syväjärvi 40 m (length 1 km, width 300 m), own beach (rather deep sanded mud bottom), pier and rowing boat.

2-storey villa built of stone and log in 2014, in upstairs there are combined livingroom-kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed (lower bed 120 cm, upper bed 80 cm) and bathroom with shower and toilet. In downstairs there are bedroom with 2 beds, livingroom, utility room, bathroom (2 showers), electric sauna and separate toilet.

There are 2 television sets, dvd/blu-ray, 3 showers and 2 toilets in the villa also child gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
Price includes 1 bag of firewood. Extra wood from caretaker 10 euroa/bag.
