Downstairs: sauna section, swimming pool, conference room, room with fireplace, bar (bring your own drinks), glazed terrace, outside terrace.

The villa has also hydro massage bath and 8 televisions. Seashore sauna 25 m², room with fireplace, sauna, 2 shower, outside fireplace.
