The sauna is complemented by a shower cubicle, washing machine, and tumble dryer in the washroom/laundry room, along with a toilet and entrance hall. A spacious 58 m² terrace, partially glazed, offers a relaxing outdoor space. The gas grill and terrace furniture were updated in 2021. There is also a grill shelter. The villa is equipped with an air source heat pump.

A hot tub is available for rent from the owner. Price: €100 per booking (guests fill and heat it themselves), €150 per booking (owner fills and heats it ready), with an additional €50 per water change if needed. Please confirm availability in advance during the winter season.
