Two-bedroom apartment with sea views, consisting of living-dining room with double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two singles), open kitchen, full bathroom and terrace with washing machine. All with TV included and Wi-Fi

AMENITIES:Elevator, swimming pool (01/06-30/09), subject to modification by the community of neighbours of the building). All kinds of services in the surroundings.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:Equipment (only sheets), water, gas, electricity (except long stays in winter), cleaning on entry and exit and use of the swimming pool.

NOT INCLUDED:Towels for rent (25€ set of 5 shower-size towels direct payment). Cots for rent (7€/day direct payment). Extra bed for rent (7€/day direct payment). Parking 10€/day direct payment.** Stays from September 18 to June 5 for 7 or more nights DO NOT include electricity in the price of the stay, it will be billed upon departure according to the client's consumption, according to the meter reading.

DEPOSIT:150€. (Deposit on credit or debit card, cash is not accepted). It is returned to the same card within a maximum period of 7 days after the keys are handed over)

Check-in outside normal hours will be done with self-check-in. There are mailboxes at the reception door. It is important to contact reception so that they can provide you with the mailbox number and the combination.
