It’s very nice place. Kids loved it. Lots of kangaroos, bush turkeys, big lizards around. Great place to relax.

Had a lovey stay we come back every year! big houses lost of parking and very peaceful place. Highly recommended to anyone.

The best rest we've had in a very long time. Pristine forest living. The freshest air, super clean house. Will visit again.

Amazing! I cannot say just how exceptional the stay was. From communication, property, amenities, cleanliness. Simply faultless!

The property was unique and peaceful. Being able to look out the windows and feel as if you were part of the treetops was amazing. We loved the location. The leisure facilities were fantastic. We swam in the pool everyday. It was truly an amazing place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay very much, clean and comfortable. Only negative would be the cooking pots, pans and utensils are very used and old with burnt bases, ladles and spoons.

Super nice open house with stacks of space for the family. The communal area with pool and entertainment rooms were great and not busy despite it being the school holidays.

The place and facilities are fabulous, perfect for a family holiday. However our house was dirty with cobwebs, dirt and mould on many walls and doors. Fly screens were filthy and no blockout curtains in main bedroom, so up with the sparrows. This was house 12, would have loved to see another house to see if it differed. That said, we didn’t let it ruin our holiday.

Beautiful home in a tranquil setting with easy access to the beach for all the 4wd fanatics. Really welcoming staff at reception. Will definitely be back.

Property was lovely area is well kept and felt luxurious only issue was with booking for 8 and being told it is for 6 people. Issue was quickly resolved also having to travel the barge is something people should take into consideration. Would definitely recommend though.

The property was absolutely beautiful. So secluded and private. The pool area was gorgeous. The house was so spacious and beautifully furnished. My kids and i had the most relaxing enjoyable week ever.

This is a fantastic place to stay with a big family like I have .we really enjoyed it and definitely will come back.house could have been a bit cleaner as we traveled with our 6 month old and the floor areas were a bit dusty .

The property is a big house with three bed rooms and three bathrooms. Everything about it is tried. The furnitures definitely need to be replaced. The floor needs to keep clean for the new customers to check in. The dinning table of the house we stayed in was greasy and dirty when we were playing cards on it. We had no choice but to give it a good scrubbing.

Great family getaway in a beautiful house

So many houses on this property but beautifully spaced out and private. The house we stayed in was such a gorgeous place with beautiful furnishings. Very spacious and laid out well to allow everyone their own space. Ensuites off all the bedrooms was great. The bbq area was fantastic for cooking and eating dinner. A beautiful pool and spa area to keep the kids entertained. A great location close to the pub and convenience store. We were very impressed and we will be back.

This was a babymoon and being secluded was perfect for us, but also it was so easy to get to Noosa centre and go to the beaches. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We will be back!

Quiet and peaceful

A quiet and peaceful location that is the perfect spot to recharge. The ferry over to the island was easy. A quick shop before you arrive is the way to go, so that you don’t need to leave this picturesque spot.

Very spacious accomodation, comfortable. We haven’t been so luck with the weather, was not able to explore the nature around us. Fortunately we had plenty food and entertainment for the little ones in the raining weather. The house Is quite private, surrounded by trees. We could walk to swimming pool, but not to the beach. Our beach visit, was 5 minutes only, I’m guessing on the dry weather would be nice. But still needs the car to get in there.

Nice stay let down by some issues

First the negatives, none of which which would stop me visiting again, but all of which would improve the experience if resolved: - Neither of the outside lights on the staircases worked. We predominantly used these stairs during daylight hours, but if we'd needed to use them after dark, it would have required a torch. - Cleanliness was not the best. Ceiling fans were dirty and one of our party said one of the pillow cases on their bed felt greasy and had long hair stuck to it (suggesting it hadn't been laundered). There were also spillages visible on the front of a couple of the cupboard doors below the sink. - The dishwasher in our property didn't work properly and required multiple runs to clean anything. We ended up (re)washing most things by hand. - There was dirty cutlery in the cutlery drawer, and chipped/dirty mugs in the cupboard. I can accept that this might be a side effect of the dysfunctional dishwasher. but they could have been cleaned by hand. - The Ice tray that collects ice cubes was missing from our freezer, meaning we had to substitute a container in there to collect the ice for drinks. - there were a few missing items that would have made catering during the stay easier, for example a chopping board and some extra tea towels. On the plus side, the location is quiet, and the house itself was large and well-appointed for the most part (see negatives above). It's a very manageable walk to the beach and there are some nice walking tracks in the estate itself.

The houses are all so beautiful and so much space!

Great spot for a family getaway when you all need your own space. Jessica couldn’t have been more helpful and helped accomodate some last minute request. Will definitely be back!

The resort is located in a beautiful remote location, across a car ferry and in the bush. We had a house right at the back of the complex, and the walk to the pool and games area was nice - and it meant we had minimal cars driving past. We saw lizards, massive monitor lizards, kangaroos and plenty of bird life from our house. The pool complex was great but the pool was too cold for the kids to stay in for any length of time. A bit of heating would go a long way. The toddlers games room was great. The house was a bit tired but well equipped. It was quite dark inside, but guessing that’s a bonus in hotter months. The car ferry was pretty easy and most times we drove straight on, however once we had to wait about 4-5 rotations due to heavy 4x4 vehicles and busses accessing. At $7 a pop you only really want to head out once a day. Unfortunately there was a large music festival going across the road from the resort and a large white circus like tent. The booming bass went for most of the week we stayed there, and was a real shame given we specially chose the location to get away from the hustle of the city. It would be worth checking if any events are planned before you book in, as you could hear it from all rooms inside the house. The staff were great and friendly. The ignition switches on the BBQ need attention, as were pretty stuffed, and the main shower leaked, but otherwise the home was functional and a good size.

Absolutely brilliant resort with luxurious, modern and well appointed homes meeting the tree tops at every turn. Each home looked unique, with our home being especially tucked away in the bush land and super quiet. The kids loved exploring the clever lay out of the two story home with its outdoor area forming part of the main living areas. The leisure centre was just amazing, very clean and well maintained. It really does feel like absolutely everything is there for you to enjoy and use the facilities like they are your own. Management were wonderful, location is perfect with the best kid friendly pub we have ever been to and the beach both very close. Absolutely highly recommend. Will return.

Place Amazing

Loved the large apartments, and the pool area. Very luxurious, and loved being surrounded by bush, and watching Kangaroos hopping around on the grass while swimming in the pool.

What a little gem! A hidden oasis! We have camped on Tewantin beach for over 30 years and the whole area is our favourite spot on earth. This long weekend we just felt like a little more comfort knowing the rain was hanging around. We arrived late due to Bruce Hwy traffic, but it wasn’t a problem. The managers had everything ready for us and left a key out. We just popped in the next day to finish checking in. Wow! Just Wow! Our 3 bedroom house was huge! The beds were clean and comfy. The bathrooms spotless. The kitchen was sooooo well equiped. Absolutely nothing left out. And enough crockery, cutlery etc to cater for an army. Each house is surrounded by enough bush land to make you feel completely secluded. The beach access is only a short few minutes drive away - it is so easy to spend all day on the beach - fishing, swimming or just drive on the beach right through to Rainbow beach township for lunch and a shop. My only advice is to make sure you have all your supplies before you come over the ferry. The ferry is only $7 each way and Tewantin is only a short drive away- but if you forget milk or bread you won’t find much on Noosa North Shore. The general store near the pub has next to no supplies, and closes well before dinner time. Eumundi has an amazing markets in Saturday’s where you can buy lots of wonderful local produce and products. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay - and will definitely be back - probably with a bigger group of family and friend

Perfect for Extended Family Getaway

Booked this for a weekend away for the whole family, parents, siblings and kids. Took a 4 bedroom home which was absolutely perfect for us and still felt spacious even with 7 adults and a few kids. Great place to escape and the recreation centre on site is fantastic. Couple of things to note is to ensure that you have done your shopping before crossing the ferry as it can be expensive ($7 each way) if you need to go back and bring mozzi repellent (not issue in the homes as it is all screened). Will definitely look to stay again.

Loved villa 14, the property was amazing, felt like home away from home. The pool and common areas were fantastic and the staff wonderful and friendly

Lovely house in Bush land setting, loved the wildlife too. The kitchen was well equipped, but dining setting too small for 10 people. Two bathrooms between 10 people was difficult. We paid premium rates and did not expect a folding bed for one of the children. The performance of the barbecue was disappointing.

I didn’t realize when I booked this place originally where it was located as I thought it was in a different place but it was a happy surprise and just a beautiful location. So the best booking mistake and I have Plans to return with a 4wd to explore more

Great hosts and property spacious and well equipped. You do need a car if staying here and this is easy to arrange, probably best to book prior if during the peak seasons.

Lovely place, Staff need help

Under new management and unfortunately not meeting promises yet. WiFi is there but signal not strong enough to connect, ant infestations, kitchen tap broken, tv not connected to any aerials and card entry system failed which meant you got locked out any time you left the room - all things very understandable and easy to fix however staff did nothing to even attempt rectify despite promises. Felt we didn't get what we paid for, management agreed and promised to email a "special offer" to make up for experience....never received anything, same as all previous promises. Facilities and accommodation are great, hopefully management can catch up to the standard with their service.

Tranquil and relaxing

The house we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, very clean and tidy. Close to the beach for 4wd, fishing and swimming. Loved the pool and peaceful bush surroundings. We travelled with 3 young children and we'll definitely be back!

Recent Stay

We stayed 6nights and found the place quite disappointing. The beds did not have clean sheets and an animal had been sleeping on them. The dryer did not work was fixed on day 3. The manager Donna was not friendly at all. The dishwasher did not work. The water pressure and hot water was a terrible, the place had three bathrooms however only one tap could be turned on. The coffee machine was not cleaned. The Pool area was nice though. We would not stay again, not sure how this place is rated 5 star?

Loved the place and would return. But......

"Rating of 4. But only just. Loved the place. Full stop. The concept of luxurious and modern holiday homes in a tranquil setting and close to one of the most beautiful beaches around is fantastic. The common areas are well appointed, well maintained and very clean. The pools are fantastic. Big screen cable TV in the common room with Bose sound system. Pretty flash. We had property number 33 for 12 nights. However, there are a number of things that can't go unmentioned. The heat pump in the living area was not working on arrival. Which was on a Saturday night. Meaning it could be be looked at until Monday. The washing machine was not working either and could not be fixed. The vacuum cleaner gave up the ghost. And we never figured out how to use the gas BBQ (which was a Weber) to work without setting off the fire alarm due to the smoke it produced. A minor issue: No point in having a dishwasher, and then having dining plates that are a tiny little too big to fit into the dishwasher. And quite frankly, I would have expected the place to be cleaner. The place was obviously sprayed for insects at some point. But it would have been nice to find them removed. And not having little insect corpses lying all over the place. And a decent dusting would have helped as well. Just have a look at the blades of the big fans. Or the window sills. Again, nothing that can't be fixed easily. We maybe suggest to have a thorough check of everything working prior to guest arriving.

Tranquil retreat

Nice...pool and leisure centre is great. Quiet...really quiet which takes adjustment but it doesn't take long. Natural...literally goanna in the tree outside, kangaroo jumping down the street, cockatoos! Wow.
