Located next to the marina, between canals, about 1300 meters. from the beach, in the Urb. Santa Margarida with all kinds of services nearby and 3 km. of Roses.

COMPOSITION:

Apartment building. Living-dining room with 2 single or 1 double sofa beds, 2 double bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen open to the dining room and terrace. All apartments with washing machine, TV, coffee maker and microwave.

AMENITIES:

Elevator, swimming pool for adults and children (from June to September), outdoor hot tub, garden area, and garage (optional).

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Equipment (except clothes in general), water, gas, electricity, use of the pool / jacuzzi.

NOT INCLUDED:

Towels and sheets are not included in the rate. Possibility to rent at reception:

• Bed linen supplement: 6 € / person / stay

• Towel supplement: 3 € / person / stay

• Supplement Small towels: 1.50 € / person / stay

ANIMALS:YES, with a supplement of 20 € / animal / stay (payment at reception).

• Cleaning supplement required direct payment at reception: 46 € / apt / stay.

PARKING: Parking space 6 € / day, upon request and subject to availability (Payment at reception).
