My stay at this appartment was nothing short of exceptional. The excellent location, the comfort of the accommodations, and the incredible staff all contributed to an unforgettable experience. Our apartment was immaculately clean with almost everything in it you could need. There are loads of nice restaurants and bars surrounding the property and it's only a short stroll to the Cathedral and marina.

Lovely apartment and fantastic terrace with loungers and seats. Well equipped.

Great place to stay for all the city attractions

An excellent experience .. Initially there was a delay answering my emails but this was soon sorted and the arrival details were good ( access to apartment etc ) The apartment was centrally located near the train station and was handy for all the city attractions .. very clean and well maintained.. highly recommended!!

Excellent location in Soho to visit Malaga. Apartment is nice and clean with a proper bed. Small but clean bathroom. Kitchen fine with large fridge. Nice balcony on the topfloor apartments where we were located.

Der Empfang war herzlich, die Gegend ideal, um den Strand und die Altstadt zu erreichen. Sie haben auch meinen Wunsch nach einem Balkon auf der ruhigeren Seite berücksichtigt. Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung, aber es gäbe einige Reparaturen, die gemacht werden müssten, wie zum Beispiel der Wasserhahn in der Küche, der kaum noch hält, ich traute mich kaum, ihn zu berühren, aus Angst, er könnte ganz kaputt gehen. Auch das Badezimmer müsste überprüft werden aber nichts Ernstes. Bettwäsche Ok.

Fitted our needs ,

Apartment was functional, clean and good location. Only drawback was it was noisy overnight a downside of choosing central location.

Stor og fin leilighet. Trenger litt oppussing, spes. kjøkkenet. God seng. Deilig med terrasse. Super beliggenhet nær sentrum og jernbanestasjon.

Ruim appartement in een superleuke wijk (Soho), alles op loopafstand! Veel aanwezig: oven, magnetron, koelkast, vriezer, afwasmachine etc. Prima badkamer met heerlijke regendouche, wasmachine. 2 grote slaapkamers met fijne bedden en opbergmogelijkheden (kasten).

Veldig sentralt

Flott leilighet sentralt, kun 5 min gange fra togstasjonen.

Spacious apartment with spacious terrace. Very centrally located, 5 min walk up to old town, 5 min walk down to seafront . Room facing quiet back street.

Köket kunde ha varit bättre utrustat. Fanns ingen elektrisk kaffe/vattenkokare. Spisen var långsam.

Time for a refresh

Our short stay in Malaga City was lovely, plenty to see and lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, there are ample cafe’s in the Soho area for breakfast. We have stayed at the Life Apartments a number of times, this time the accommodation felt in need of a refresh, decor was tired and facility’s and equipment were well used. Air conditioning didn’t work so had to use good old fashion window ventilation which meant it was very noisy late into the evening and from early morning.

A lovely apartment in a great area. The check in was really easy and communication excellent. Second stay here and will return.

Not too bad, but not good

In a word, not good Wifi is too slow and overall status is not clean Location is relatively good Howevere if i have next chance to visit malaga, I wont be staying this apartment

Zentrumsnähe, Lage ,Bahn, Bus, Einkauf, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten alles problemlos per Fuss erreichbar ! Dachappartement relativ ruhig mit Blick auf Stadtzentrum. Parkhäuser in der Nähe ca. 25 Euro pro Nacht ! Für Leute ohne Auto peefekt !

Fin lejlighed

Ligger i den gamle bydel, meget let at komme rundt og tæt på bus og tog. Relativt stille område. Hjælpsom modtagelse og service. Lejlighederne er forskellige og både med og uden terrasse. Det er rart med terrasse på taget. Køkken er veludstyret.

Great after an"itchy" start

Eventually superb after a wee bit of mis communication.

The apartment was very well situated and spacious with good facilities expected in an self contained unit. The only issues I had were with the check in where one has to call a number to be let in to the reception area. I had to wait in the street for 30mins as no-one was at the reception. There should be an intercom or better way to check-in. Also the apartment would be better if there was shower gel in the shower area not just in the sink dispenser.

central, spacious and nicely furnished

Centrally located, spacious, nicely furnished and perfectly clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff at the reception was very helpful and provided also valuable information for public transportation and places to see. The kitchen and associated equipment is basic but that was ok for us as we did not use it at all. No toiletries provided, just liquid soap and dish wash up liquid. The only real disadvantage of this apartment is that the traffic along the street was quite noisy in the morning (not an issue in the evening and at night, just after 7.00) Overall I would still rent it again should I come to Malaga in the future.

Beautiful apartments great location

Fantastic stay at beautiful apartments with cleaner rooms, great facilities including a terrace with sunbeds. Aircon was adequate, noticed was cooler at nighttime than during day but was cooler than outside. Very friendly owners and very useful for directions and places to see and eat at. Apartments themselves were a little tricky to find, found the street easily but the door for the apartments is right next to a restaurant and wasn’t the most obvious but the restaurant were super helpful in getting us to the right place! We got fresh towels half way through too which was nice! We had to take our own rubbish to the disposal bins which was a little unusual but not awful and we managed to take most of it away. Overall couldn’t fault it really! In a very good location only 15/20 minutes away from the main attractions and the airport too

Nice apartment at perfect location close to most interesting areas of Malaga

Die Appartements sind sehr zentral gelegen, von wo aus man vieles zu Fuss erreichen kann. Sie sind sauber und nett eingerichtet. Im EG befindet sich ein gztds Restaurant, wo man auch frühstücken kann. Die Küche benutzten wir nicht. Der Strassenlärm ist in den Wohnungen gut zu hören. Ich habe schon 2 mal hier gewohnt und sehr zufrieden.

Good location, restaurant downstairs, supermarket opposite, close to transport and city centre. Apartment clean. Kitchen lacked tea clothes and place for stacking the dishes. Bit noisy at night.

Kleines schnuckeliges Apartment. Da mitten in der City etwas laut. Kurze Wege in die Altstadt oder zum Hafen. Maria vom Office einfach super. Immer erreichbar, freundlich und hatte super Tips. Würde es wieder buchen.

Centralt beliggende lejlighed

Glimrende lejlighed med 2 soveværelser og mulighed for sengepladser til 5 personer. Vi havde ikke balkon. Ligger i et område tæt på hhv. centralstationen og centrum af Malaga. Mange restauranter og supermarkeder i lokalområdet. Vi fandt det rimeligt stille. Man skal selv sørge for viskestykke, shampoo, badesæbe. Der er opvaskemaskine, men vi kunne ikke fylde den, så lettere at vaske op i hånden. TV med mange stationer, også lidt på engelsk. OK internet. Fik mulighed for at aflevere bagagen om morgenen, da der først var adgang kl.16.

Rent och snyggt. Trevligt mottagande av Maria, som gav oss fina tips om restauranger och sevärdheter. Bra utrustat kök. Sköna sängar. Trevligt att ha ett vardagsrum förutom sovrummen. Nära till centrum.

Very central, lovely old building which had been sympathetically renovated

Nice apartment, very centrally located. Helpful staff. Nice restaurants around. Grocery store across the street. Room 1403 has a very nice terrace.

Nice, bohemian area close to centre, but not too close, five minutes to centre, fifteen to beach walking.Cafes and restaurants below building. Clean apartment, with plenty of clean towels, and bedding provided . Would recommend to anyone who wants some independence over the confines of a hotel.Had no problems whatsoever.

Excellent service by staff

The service from Maria and Sara was excellent. They organised pickup and drop off in the airport and as we were arriving late 01 in the morning they also organised for som water and fruit to be in the apartment on time of arrival and also provided directions for latenight open restaurants etc. Overall we are very happy with the apartment and location and especially the service by Maria and Sara

Perfect for staying in Malaga.

My partner and daughter stayed in this two bedroom apartment for a short trip to Malaga. Roomy and clean it was perfectly located for the metro from the airport and for the old town of Malaga. Would stay there again.

Personal, very good, recommend it to everybody

I had arrange a stay for a family in these apartments for a family event. They did everything to satisfy and surprise the clients. We recommend these accommodation to everybody to have a wonderful stay in Malaga. if you have any questions ask maria en sara of the reception they know and can arrange everything for you. Groot en schoon appartement.

Groot en kraakhelder appartement. Zeker doen. Minder dan 10 min lopen van alle bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en winkels. Ook mooie haven en strand is lopend met een kwartiertje te bereiken.

Asunto sijaitsee vanhan ja uuden kaupungin välissä. Lähes koko kaupunki ja sen nähtävyydet noin 2 km kävelylymatkan päässä suuntaansa. Asunto oli silti hiljainen ja siisti. Kaikki toimi kuten pitääkin. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä, kiitos Sara ja Maria./ Department stand between old and new city. Whole city and it´s sights are in 2 km walking radius, Department was clean and everything work´s well. Staff was really nice and helpfull. Specially credits to Sara and Maria.

Super tevreden

Hele vriendelijke service. Bij in en uitchecken alles goed verlopen. Hele leuke tips ontvangen voor restaurants en wat we konden doen in de buurt. Ook het appartement beviel goed. Een goed bed, fijne badkamer en ruime keuken.

Spacious apartments in central malaga

Very good service. Rooms really big, great beds. Everything working in kitchen. Easy access to Malaga sightseeings, shopping and beach. Liceo has excellent 'Flamenco Puro', get tickets from the reception.

waste of money for us

we paid too much for what we enjoyed - think it was 350.00 ?? for 3 nights. we were out all day and only came back to change, we should have booked a hotel with bar and restaurant maybe. won't rent an apartment again !

Great location and easy to find.

The day before our holiday Life Apartments contacted us to find out what time we would be arriving in Malaga, so that someone would be there to greet us. Took the local train from the airport to the central station, apartment 100 metres from there and so easy to find. Although we could not have the apartment until 4pm, Sarah met us early to do the paperwork and arrange for our bags to be looked after whilst we explored Malaga, therefore wasting no time. The apartment itself was clean, roomy and great to 'live in'. It is noisy late at night and early in the morning, but that is inner city living and it was brilliantly positioned for all that we wanted to do. Sarah & Maria were both attentive and friendly and cared that we had a good time. Well done Life apartments, our best ever city break. We will be back.

Lovely central location

The apartment was very centrally located, so we were able to walk everywhere within the city. We were 3 friends travelling together and all thoroughly enjoyed having such a super place to call our base for a week. The apartment was spotless and the staff did all they could to ensure any questions and queries we had were addressed. The only small drawback is that being in such a central location is that it is noisy at night and in particular on Friday and Saturday evenings - take ear plugs.

Lovely apartment but noisy

We arrived early and Maria was very helpful and friendly, the apartment was ready so they let us check in and she gave us lots of tips for things to do. I would happily stay at another apartment run by this company. The apartment itself was well decorated, lovely high ceilings, clean and matched up to the photos on the website. The location itself was very good as it was easy to walk around Malaga to all of the main attractions from here. I travelled with my sister and daughter and so I slept in the bedroom that had the single beds. I have to say the bed itself wasn't great the mattresses are sitting on a flat base and so they move easily. The main reason I would not return here to this apartment however is because of the noise at night. The window in the main bedroom would not close properly and when we told the staff about this they just said 'don't worry we know you didn't break it' when the issue was that it let in a lot of noise at night so it was very difficult to sleep in that room. The noise was a bit better in the twin room however it was still noisy at particular times due to the traffic - it doesn't seem that busy a place at first but at certain times it gets very busy and there is a lot of tooting at each other. It is above a restaurant too so that might be why it was noisy at certain times. If you have ear plugs or are used to noise at night and early in the morning then this wouldn't put you off and is a lovely apartment.

Wir hatten eines der Penthouse Appartments. Die Terrasse ist grossartig und wir haben uns fast nur dort aufgehalten. Dass Appartment ist sonst in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung könnte besser sein. Wir waren von der Lage begeistert. Man kommt überall schnell zu Fuss hin. Wir würden das Appartmebt wegen der Lage und der Terrasse jederzeit wieder buchen.

The apartment made our holidays easier with the children as we could rest between 2 visits.

Hyvällä paikalla. Lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin ja uimarannalle noin kilometri, jonne on myös tosi näppärä bussiyhteys. Juna-asema esim. lentokenttäkulkemiseen parin sadan metrin päässä. Meidän huoneistossa oli iso kattoterassi. Huineistossa tehokas ilmastointi. Suosittelemme.

Flotte komfortable og rene leiligheter med sentral plassering og kort avstand til det meste i Malaga by. Vi hadde ett kjempefint opphold her og kommer gjerne tilbake!

Beautiful large apartment

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Well positioned for waterfront area, shopping centre and train station. Spent 3 days wondering around Malaga with no need to go further. Views from the castle area spectacular and had a lovely walk back down to the town. Inside of the cathedral is amazing and the indoor market is well worth a visit. When it was time to relax a dip in the sea was perfect.

Excellent self-catering apartment in Malaga.

We found this an ideal central base for our visit to Malaga. We arrived early but Carlos took care of our luggage and phoned us when the apartment was ready, he also provided a map and information about the city.

God beliggenhed

Virkelig god beliggenhed. Generelt en meget fin lejlighed. Lidt skuffende, at der ikke var adgang til en terrasse, men ellers var alt ok. Køkkenet er lidt sparsomt ustyret hvis man selv vil lave mad. Vi valgte at spise ude på de mange lækre spisesteder der ligger i nærområdet, så det var ikke et problem for os. Meget gode senge og der var roligt i hele opgangen. Trafikstøj var som forventelig når man bor midt i byen. Alt i alt et rigtigt godt ophold!

Fijn appartement

Erg goed gelegen appartement, dichtbij centrum en openbaarvervoer. En toch geen enkele overlast van drukte. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers zijn netjes en schoon . Ik ga zeker nog een keer terug.

Tæt på alting i byen og 100 meter fra togstationen

Dejligt lejligheds hotel, i en hyggelig fredet bygning i hyggeligt område med gågader ,restauranter og alt hvad man skal bruge. lige over for hotellet ligger et supermarked der MAS, en tobaksforretning og en ATM. I bunden er bygningen er der en god restaurant, som både kan bruges til morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad .Går man ud af døren er der inde for 100 m 4 gode cafeer. Vi boede i en af de 1 værelses lejligheder som ligger øverst og som har egen tagterrasse. Lækker lejlighed med soveværelse , lillebitte værelse , med sovesofa som er egnet til børn. Stue med sofa, som kan trylles om til sovesofa. Gode faciliteter i køkkenet og vi have et super ophold og vi havde 2 børn med på 5 og 10 år. Indehaver Carlos er super flink og hjælpsom...

Bra leilighet - kjempegod service!

Vi hadde et veldig bra opphold i julen 2016 i en leilighet med to soverom med god plass til en familie på 4. Carlos var utrolig vennlig og serviceminded, og hjalp med alt fra barneseng til postforsendelse av gjenglemt mobiltelefon! Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Clean and great location

We were given a warm welcome from Carlos who also gave us great advice on what to see and where to eat! The apartment was clean and cosy. Location is very nice to walk to old city and there are many restaurants nearby like La Antxoeta and Sr Lobo. -- Saimme lämpimän tervetulotoivotuksen Carlosilta samoin kuin hyviä vinkkejä nähtävyyksistä ja ravintoloista! Huoneisto oli siisti kotoisa. Sijainniltaan hyvä sillä vanhaa kaupungin ytimeen on lyhyt kävelymatka ja lähistöllä on useita ravintoloita kuten La Antxoeta ja Sr Lobo.

Modern flat by shopping

We did not arrive until one day after the booking so we paid for 2 nights and had one night. Nice flats but reception is only open at certain times and they do not answer the phone sometimes. Modern comfy flat with everything you need. Over priced at over £100 per night in December the low season

Nice, clean, and affordable

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Carlos was an amazing host. He let us know about where to go and great restaurants. In fact he walked our entire party to the restaurant. He set us up for a Flamenco show that was incredible. The hotel is close to everything and we loved the cafe right out the front door with amazing coffee and comfortable seating.

Stayed in Malaga for a week. Apt was close to everything. Max 20 min walk was to Musee Russo, everything else 5 to 10 min. Hotel was clean, modern, and well equipeed. Beds were comfortable and everything needed for a short stay on hand. Bank across the street, restaurant on ground level, store across the street 100 yds away, parking on far corner. Would go and stay in this apt again.
