WORST HOTEL/B&B EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE!!!! DON’T STAY AT THE B&B WINDOW TO THE TOWER IN PISA. No one to let you in. Then they see you in their reception camera and tell you with a Google translate app to leave until 2 pm. We arrived in Pisa at 11:30 and just wanted to leave our luggage in a safe place. They do NOT speak English at all when the description on Expedia says they do. They said with Google translate about 3 times “Leave now- you entered without authorization”. Just wanted to leave the luggage. Tried calling and they hung up on us three times. Seemed like more steps to get to the room than there were to climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Only two towels in the quadruple room. No breakfast available like the the description on Expedia. They are running the B&B illegally by not getting our passport pictures and leaving a note to leave cash but the wrong amount! They are pocketing the tax money! Second queen bed is a pull out couch and the most uncomfortable bed my son has ever slept in (he only slept for 4 hours) no top sheet or blanket on the couch bed. Shower broken and extremely small. Left us with 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 4 people! Hot room. Disgusting kitchen. There are more negative things to say but you get the idea. I’m getting my money back from Expedia. This place should NOT be on there website. Horrible experience.

The location was excellent, nice and close to the tower. However, if you drove, you will need to park and pay at a lot about 8 minutes away. You will also have to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. No one was there when we arrived, so it was challenging to navigate to the room. Our room, had terrible plumbing. Everytime you flushed, showered or washed your hands an awful loud noise would occur for about a minute. They charged my card immediately, even though i selected "reserve and pay at property" through expedia. I wanted to pay cash and they refused. The Tv in the room didnt work. On expedia, breakfast was included, but there was nothing. A common area with some jam out. I felt i overpaid for what i received and would not recommend this property. Very disappointing.

Hôtel vraiment décevant. A notre arrivée, il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir. Nous avons juste trouvé une clé sur le bureau dans une pièce déserte. Le numéro de contact donné sur le site est en fait, l'ancien propriétaire du logement, qui ne veut rien savoir (même pas vous donner les coordonnées du nouveau propriétaire). Une dame s'est présentée à 22 heures pour collecter la taxe communale, en insinuant qu'elle avait tenté de me joindre, mais je n'ai reçu aucun appel (le numéro qu'elle m'a montré était bien le mien). Nous avions réservé une chambre avec petit déjeuner. Sur les photos, l'on peut voir un buffet. Il n'en n'est rien, vous avez juste droit à un croissant et un café dans un bistrot plus bas dans la rue. Il n'y a pas de frigo dans la chambre, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. La TV ne fait pas 32" comme ils l'indiquent, mais pas plus de 15". Si vous venez pour vous reposer, oubliez. A 8 heures tapantes, nous avons été réveillés par les coups de marteau et la disqueuse. Sans parler du bruit horrible des tuyauteries dans la salle de bains à chaque fois que vous utilisez l'eau. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement (mais n'espérez pas avoir une vue sur la tour de Pise, vous aurez une vue sur une cour intérieure). Selon moi, cet établissement ne devrait pas se trouver sur Hotels.com

距離比薩斜塔很近，樓下很多超市和餐廳可以吃東西（Very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, there are many supermarkets and restaurants downstairs where you can eat.） 房間沒有熱水，入住以後聯絡業主沒有辦法聯繫，雖然有廚房，但沒有辦法使用；讓我浪費很多食材😭 There is no hot water in the room, and there is no way to contact the owner after checking in. Although there is a kitchen, there is no way to use it; I wasted a lot of food😭

B&B

Vill man bo nära lutande tornet är det väldigt nära. Dock kändes hotellet slitet, väldigt lyhört. Vi träffade inte någon personal förrän sista dagen då vi skulle betala. Frukosten som bestod av en croissant och kaffe serverades på en restaurang i huset bredvid.

The location is perfect - a few steps away from tower and cathedral. The staff was very responsive via what’s app until we paid local tax and after that she stopped answering. The B&B is located 4 flights of stairs in the building, once we got there, to get to my room I had to climb a narrow spiral staircase with no hot water in the bathroom. My luggage did not fit through the staircase so I had to leave it at the main floor of the B&B. I called and messaged the owner and my questions never got answered. I even contacted via booking and nothing.

sin agua caliente para ducharse, el colchón viejo y muy sucio, pagué por una habitación superior con vistas a la ciudad y sólo tenia una pequeña ventana ( parecida a los baños) y que daba a unos aires acondicionados, el desayuno continental otra falsedad, se trata de un vale para un bar fuera de las estancias que sólo es para un café y un croissant y más caro que directamente en el bar, la tv no funcionaba y el mando roto. y la tasa turística en concreto debía pagarse en efectivo, desconozco el motivo. para acceder al alojamiento tienen un papel con un teléfono que se debe llamar, 3 veces sin atender y luego indican 5 minutos que fueron 25 y esperamos entre las llamadas y la espera unos 40 minutos. Sobre la habitación sin vistas justificaron que era si había disponible cuando lo tienen indicado en diferentes reservas y precios

Prior to our arrival to the B&B we were not informed how to get check-in. Luckily we found a key in the front and then we began the climb up the stairs to the correct floor. No one was there to check us in or explain anything. Keys were left on the reception desk at which point we took not sure if they were for us. It wasn’t until almost 11 p.m. that the lady showed up to check us in. The pictures show a “buffet” breakfast. It was not. We were given a voucher for a pastry and coffee. The “quadruple” room consisted of a king bed and a pullout couch. You could literally feel every spring of the couch “mattress”. The toilet seat was broken in the bathroom and it had no toilet paper. Had to go looking for some. Found it in the reception desk. Only enough hot water for 2 quick showers. The location is amazing so we stayed since it was just one night. Would not book for the price.

Le logement est en effet très proche de la tour et de la cathédrale c’est top. Le logement correspond aux photos : plutôt vétuste. Le sol de la salle de bain était gras, la lunette des toilettes cassée, et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. (Je l’ai mentionné au propriétaire) Le propriétaire a été réactif via message, l’arrivée est assez simple, même si les autres locataires avaient pris nos clés. C’est pratique pour sa localisation.

Worst Hotel Ever

Terrible experience. Worse hotel I have EVER stayed in and the lack of management and customer service was ridiculous. The television did not work. The breakfast (or lack of) is insane. Need to remove this hotel off your list or you are dealing with a definite future liability.

Inget att rekommendera för barn, dem saknar reception och vi fick vänta ca 1,5 vid dörren innan vi fick komma in, vi ställde bilen 200 m bort och blev rånad. Dem tog sönder bilen och tog alla våra väskor jätte tråkig upplevelse lämna aldrig era väskor p bevakat i bilen i Pisa

객실과 안내데스크가 완전 다른 건물인 이제껏 경험해본 적 없는 호텔이라서 처음엔 당황했습니다. 처음부터 안내데스크쪽 주소도 같이 적어줬으면 좋았겠네요. 그외에 피사대성당 아주 가까이에 있다는 점이 좋았고 주변의 소음이 심하다는 것과 세면장을 옆방과 같이 써야 한다는 점이 불편했습니다.

Bonjour, La chambre proposé par B&B tower to the bridge ne correspond pas à la description qui est faite sur Hotel.com . Lors de la prise de la chambre la reception, une première mauvaise surprise, j'apprends que la chambre (90€/nuit) ne dispose pas de salle bain, mais d'une salle de bain sur le pallier partagé avec d'autre chambre! Après un longue discussion cette chambre étant la seule disponible, non remboursables, non échangeable. Je me suis résigné. Propreté de la chambre moyenne et absences d'eau chaude... L'hôtellier reporte la faute sur la description de la chambre et sont equipement à Hotel.com. J'invite l'équipe Hotel.com à prendre contact avec moi rapidement. Merci

Was difficult to find, as only had a small sign on door which is bang next to door to a beautiful restaurant as we later found out.

Très bon emplacement proche de la tour et du centre de historique. A noter que l’accueil du « BB Window to the tower » Dépend d’un hôtel situé un peu plus bas dans la rue. Seul bémol : Nous avions la chambre 2 et devions partager la salle de bain avec une autre chambre. Sinon rien à redire Pr le prix c’est très correct.

Ok, but I'd bet there is better

Room #4 has the bathroom sort of not attached to the room, it's just for room 4, and there's a door to seal the bathroom off from the common kitchen, but not well. And the kitchen smelled of cigarette smoke pretty strongly and it made our room smell. I would probably try someplace else next time. It wasn't awful, but I'm guessing we could do better. Check in was down the block at another hotel. AC worked which was great in the heat, room was very clean, wi-fi worked great. Location is right in the heart of Pisa couldn't be better. Parking in the designated lot worked OK, but it is a bit of a hike through town to get to the hotel.

POSIZIONE OTTIMA la nostra camera aveva il bagno esterno e ci divideva la porta della cucina (che no si chiudeva a chiave) pertanto non era riservata inoltre al mattino rumorosa per il fatto che preparavano ciò che serviva per la colazione ). Pulizia discreta ma bagno da rifare!

Ottima posizione. Struttura un po' datata ma in buone condizioni, pulita e confortevole.

La recepcionista super amable, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Ubicación excelente. Solo el único problema es que no cuenta con ascensor.

Great Location - too bad about everything else

It is not a B&B but rather a remote extension of the Hotel Francesco, down the road. Breakfast is not offered. Be aware there is NO LOCAL PARKING even though it comes up on searches for places with parking. Nor is there parking at the parent hotel. In fact there is no parking nearby whatsoever nor are there any cars allowed in the area of the place. You will also need a restricted parking permit for Pisa if you want to park within a mile. That said, the location is fantastic with a short 1 min walk to the tower enabling us to take advantage of early morning visits and no lines. Being in that area it was also very noisy and it overlooks the cleanup areas of a few restaurants - the noises of dishes clanging went on until the early hours. It was not very clean.

Recent guest review in Sept/2017

Located right by the leaning tower which Is what we came to see in Pisa. Hotel is old but still is in decent shape, staff was friendly and helpful in the morning. Felt like we over paid for the type of room we got but it was booked only 5 days in advanced so we didn't have many options.

BAD EXPERIENCE

We arrived @ 10pm and there was no one to open the door, I call the cell phone and another phone list at the wall more than 10 times and no body returned my a call, we went to the Hotel Francesco that belongs to the same network and where it is supposed to go after they close the counter and it was the same result, I call Hotels.com, they also tried to communicate to the phones they had and also failed to communicate ... They canceled the reservation to not be charged ... I could not let my family sleep in the street and I go to another hotel(Hotel Duomo, across the street).

Comodo e bel B&B in centro, da tornarci!

Il b&b è situato in una bellissima zona di Pisa, a pochi metri dalla torre pendente, in zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo viva (è in una delle strade pedonali principali). Minibar e tv in camera, oltre ad aria condizionata, possibilità di uso della cucina in comune (quindi anche per chi ha bambini piccoli come noi è possibile usare microonde, fornelli per scaldare o cuocere qualunque cosa...). Grande disponibilità e gentilezza del personale, buona la colazione. Ovviamente essendo in centro è possibile avvertire qualche rumore proveniente dalle strade sotto le finestre ma niente di che. Camere profumate e pulite. Se torneremo a Pisa prenoteremo sicuramente di nuovo in questa struttura.

Hotel pulito e a economico

L'hotel si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore di un palazzo storico a due passi da piazza dei Miracoli. Camera matrimoniale piccola e pulita, imposte delle finestre non permettono buio totale. Un po' fastidioso il rumore dello scaldabagno, che però termina quando si chiude l'acqua calda. Colazione essenziale. Receptionist molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione superlativa.

Horrible experience. No telephone answer, no one was available to check us in which led to us leaving Pisa and finding another hotel. Nightmare trying to get some service from this B&B

Sober maar schoon hotel op een toplocatie

Kamer was ruim en in de Toscaanse stijl. Badkamer verouderd maar wel schoon. Minpunt was dat het in de badkamer niet fris rook. Niet fijn dus. Je kon gebruik maken van de gemeenschappelijke keuken die goed gevuld was. Thee, koffie etc. Zelfs cake was aanwezig. Heel gastvrij dus. Locatie was top. Op loopafstand naar verschillende bezienswaardigheden. Groot minpunt is dat er niemand aanwezig was bij de receptie. Dit is opgelost door in- en uit te checken bij een hotel op 50 meter afstand. Continentaal, erg sober ontbijt kon je gebruiken in het hotel. Voor een citytrip van 2-3 dagen goed te doen.

Pisa visit

We were booked into the Window to the Tower, when we eventually got access from a very nice lady who was in the sister hotel up the road, as there were no staff available here at the 3-8 advertised time. We climbed 4 flights of stairs,( no problem with this) to get to the B&B and when we gained entry we were led to a spiral staircase which took us up to the room. The staircase was hard to negotiate with our cases and after we struggled to get up to our room the "Window to the Tower" title should read" window to overlook air conditioning units". There is no view of the tower from this room. The room looked clean tidy and spacious. But it was not for us we left after 10 minutes and got another hotel close by. This may suit other people but it was not for us. I gave an ok for the staff as the elderly lady who showed us to our room was trying to be very helpful.

Didn't stay because of room issues

We didn't fathers because our room bathroom had issues, so they put us across the street in another hotel. We go complimentary champagne and 2 free beers on the house. Very nice

B&B Window To The Tower

The Hotel was OK to that relative low price. We just wanted to sleep in the Hotel, all time we spent outside. Located very good, just some 100-meters from the Pisa tower.

Leaning tower

2 days exploring Pisa - hotel is a couple hundred yards from the Leaning Tower. Host was pleasant and friendly. A lot of stairs, no lift.

Very good location, close to the tower

The hotel is very close to the tower, the staff are friendly and welling to assist, we were a family consists of 2 adults and 4 children, the room was big enough.

Bed and breakfast bien placé

Bien situé dans Pise, relativement au calme malgré la proximité de la tour (nous avions la chambre 4), la chambre était propre mais pas très grande...nous étions 5. Le canapé lit pas très confortable par contre le lit principal était bien. Le personnel était très serviable

Young couple

Perfect positioning, close to touristy attractions, yet silent and calm. Bed a bit short, but that is all. Noises in other rooms get to you easily, that was the only discomfort.

In heart of Pisa

This was a bed and breakfast style dwelling right in the heart of Pisa by the Tower and the other sites. Only setback was that if you are driving you will have to park about 1/2 mile away because the hotel is inside the "no car" sector. Otherwise everything went very well, they were accommodating and breakfast was a typical European breakfast with cheeses, salami, eggs and coffee and a few other selections. We didn't have a view from our hotel room but it was easily accessible to the Pisa monuments. Just a note, the town area of Pisa is by a canal and plenty of walking opportunities to enjoy an evening.

Sehr nettes und gemütliches B&B ganz zentral

Wir sind recht spät angekommen und trotzdem wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen.Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und sehr komfortabel.Das Frühstück hat uns alles angeboten was wir brauchten.Zusatzlich gab es einen frischen Cappuccino. Und nur fünf Minuten weiter konnte man den schiefen Turm von Pisa besuchen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Pisa ist dieses B&B absolut empfehlenswert.

Fantastic location with stairs!

The location of this B&B could not be bettered. however although our rooms of, we think, 4 in the premises,were spotless, the breakfast adequate, and the owner could not do more to help, including arranging a discount for residents with the local restaurant over which the accommodation is built,( and there are many such restaurants virtually adjoining), there are two important problems. The first is the 48 stairs to reach the accommodation-and then possibly a spiral staircase to reach some rooms. Secondly although our room was large with an adjoining room for sitting, there were no drawers for storage, nor any shelves in the bathroom to put anything down. Thus the accommodation is best for the fit and young, and only a very short stay, rather than us pensioners who nevertheless much enjoyed our 7 day stay.

Great budget family option at the heart of Pisa

Small, unassuming B&B within easy walking distance of the Campo dei Miracoli. We were a family of 5 (2 adults 3 children) and the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The host Arturo was very helpful both before and during the stay. Would highly recommend as a budget family option to visit this beautiful city.

Muy buen hotel y buena orientación.

Muy buena situación, el chico de recepción muy simpático y amable, nos ayudó con las maletas. El único "pero" que le pondría es que no tiene ascensor. La habitación muy limpia y el desayuno estaba bien. Sin duda repetiría.

Being right by the Tower was awesome. The staff was very helpful, professional and kind. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we need. I would definitely recommend.

Udemærket BB som vist ikke kan ligge mere centralt. Alt var glimrende, lige bortset fra morgenmaden som var noget under middel af kvalitet.

Nice service. arrived just after the manager has left. called him up and he came right back to check us in. Nice big room. nice the have a couch in the room. okay bathroom. a bit warm without air condition. biggest problem what with the keys.. hard to remember what key went where.. :) No lift so you need to carry your luggage up. and a bit hard to park your car in the area. But the location is rally good. you go out the door and you are right next to the tower.

You can not get a better place to stay for the tower. Friendly helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and secure for a Mum and two daughters. We all loved it!!

Visiting Pisa

Great place to stay if you want to visit the Leaning Tower and central Pisa.Just a (very) short walk from the Tower.

Great location

Great location in traffic free zone,a couple of minutes walk from the tower. The Duono is visible down the street as you leave the front door and the street has a excellent choice of restaurants. The B&B is on the 2nd floor with no lift.
