Uma estadia agradavel super recomendo.

Fabulous small and friendly local feel hotel with beautiful tropical flowers and plants all around the grounds. Our 1 bedroom apartment was comfortable, clean and had good kitchen facilities. The pool area is very relaxing with stunning sea views and easy access to the beach. The hotel is right in Sal centre nearby to the local restaurants and bars and is perfectly located for an evening stroll. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The half board option was very good value; at the time we went it included a buffet breakfast with lots of options including hot and cold options, freshly made omelettes and pancakes and at night there was a set menu including one drink, your main and a dessert to choose from. There were traditional hotel options as well as local dishes to choose from. The front of house team and restaurant chefs were very friendly and attentive. We had a lovely holiday and hope to be back sometime in the future!

L'hôtel est très proche du centre, à taille humaine et plutôt bien végétalisé (contrairement aux gros ensembles hôteliers plus à l'ouest). La piscine au bord de la mer est très sympa. Nous n'avons fréquenté le restaurant de l'hôtel que le temps d'un petit déjeuner car trop pressés pour aller plus loin, la crêpe était assez bonne, le café moyen.

I had a problem when checking in ..they sent me to the wrong apartment as they had not their system to cover the update of two to three people. It took time to get that sorted. then as the apartment wasn't made up for guest I had to chase them up for Towels and then bed linen for the two other guests that were arriving later. Then I relaised that they had over charged me by about 4 euros on the visitors tax...I only got a 10 euro refund. However once that was sorted We enjoyed our holiday and loved the people we met on Sal

Super Lage, wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Sehr freundliches Personal. Einfache Ausstattung der Küche.

Service was goed. Alleen accommodatie is nog erg oudbollig

Mala experiencia del hotel

Pague el total del hotel con tarjeta, una vez que llegue al hotel para realizar el check in, el hotel se encontraba cerrado y no había ninguna respuesta ni tampoco devulocion del dinero, tube que buscar otro hotel sercano para poder quedarme. Muy mala experiencia y casi me quedo durmiendo en la calle de no ser porque encontré otro hotel.

Die Lage ist gut, Personal ist freundlich. Man sollte alles mit CaboVerde-Spirit entspannt annehmen und keine zu hohe Erwartungen pflegen.

per gli standard europei le forniture dell'appartamento (stoviglie, biancheria, arredamento, etc): insufficienti. Scarsa cura dei dettagli che avrebbero con poco (un solo specchio in bagno, assenza di zanzariere) fatto la differenza. Posizione molto bella. Piscina ottima. Servizio di sicurezza molto accurato e discreto. Qualità del ristorante annesso appena sufficiente. Ma tanti ristoranti limitrofi: ottimi. Da consigliare con modifiche migliorative.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro. Molto carina la spiaggia attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il ristorante, ma a due passi ce n'è uno molto carino dove si mangia bene e si spende il giusto. La mia recensione è comunque piatitiva

Bring own toiletries!

The day before our arrival to Santa Maria i got an email saying that due to some problems with one of the rooms and we were moved to Leme Bedje hotel which is 5-6 min from Porto Antigo. Fine. We understood that. When we arrived at the hotel there was only 1 soap in the bathroom (2 people, 5 days!!!) And i asked for shampoo and shower gel and i was told that they only give in the 1st day and made an exception. Then i find in the bathroom 2 more soaps... at that stage i just gave up to explain what i wanted. If you want people to bring own toiletries (i would had not minded to bring own) that is ok. Just don't call 1 soap for 5 days for 2 people as "free toiletries"..

Il y a des cafards dans les appartements. La litterie est très mauvaise

El apartamento necesita mejoras. El agua de lavabo y ducha no sale con fuerza. No hay estropajo-jabon para fregar la loza si tomas algo despues de limpiar que la chica lava la loza por la mañana y listo. No hay electrodomesticos, solo nevera y tv. La cocina de gas y sin fuego. En el exterior,playa y piscina son publicas. Lleno de gente de la calle. Creo que mucho que mejorar

paisajismo excelente y unas vistas inigualables

El complejo Porto Antigo está muy bien, el mantenimiento y limpieza son correctos, los niños les han encantado la naturaleza y la amabilidad de los lugareños. Lo recomiendo y espero volver allí algun dia

Apt not at all like pictures, dirty, old, no view

Pictures are all fabulous, but the actual apartment that I got was awful. Dirty, with a small balcony and no view of any pool or beach. The complex was not at all full, so after a long complaints session they finally decided to give us another, better, apartment. Nevertheless that was not very clean and it was old as well, so I will not book with this organisation again. If you want to go to Porto Antigo, make sure to find individual house owners of smaller organisations that rent out their owned apartments, there are plenty and as far as I could see from the outside: much better.

Trevligt, enkelt, behagligt

Fantastiskt badläge med stor pool och stenfri strand innanför vågbrytare. Perfekt för (små)barn. Visst, solstolar i trä slits ju, men med gratis madrasser (mot deposition) funkade de bra. Vakter på och runt hotellområdet kändes bra. Synd att hotellresturangen på ena piren var stängd (mars-18) Hotellet ligger mot ena änden av ena huvudgatan, och du har hela byn med restauranger inom 5 minuter. Minimarket på hörnet har allt som behövs. Inte mycket dyrare än Supermarcado 1 km bort. Dessutom finns bageri, billigt ich öppet nästan jämnt, runt nästa hörn.

Bra läge, enkelt, rent och fräscht.

Slitet och spartanskt, men helt ok hotell. Bra läge vid havet med ett poolområde som behöver fräschas upp. Både trägolvet och solsängarna. Synd att de inte fanns poolbar eller en enklare servering vid poolområdet.

Good location and comfortable Apartment

View from balcony was onto street, interesting watching life go by. Lovely choice of pools and sheltered harbour to swim in or the beach. relaxed atmosphere

Charmerende, hyggeligt og roligt. Et dejligt hotel, med fin service og gode faciliteter. Tager vi til Kap Verde igen, vil vi ikke være kede af at bo samme sted.

Omdöme av hotellet

Stolarna vid poolen mkt obekväma. Området dåligt belyst. Stenbelagda gångar var botten för rörelsehindrade. Frukosten var botten. Rumstädningen mkt dålig. Sängarna för låga.

Large room, great pool and direct beach access.

Great room with a large fridge-freezer which we did use for storing and chilling drinks and fruit, and a hob and over which we didn't use. One substantial downside was a horribly uncomfortable mattress with very obvious and noticeable springs. As well as being uncomfortable the mattress also made a loud noise whenever we moved positions. This would have been a five star review if the mattress had been OK but the problem was significant hence the downgrading. Lovely grounds with a great pool and lots of sun loungers so it was never a battle to get one. Also some shady areas which we made great use of as it was very hot and sunny. Direct beach access.

Hotel que necesita un arreglo

La.urbanizacion necesita muchos arreglos, la piscina entraba todo el.mundo a bañarse y armaban mucho escándalo. Hay seguridad pero no les.dicen nada, hasta un grupo de excursiones vinieron a la.piscina mientras los.clientes y no clientes estaban bañándose en.las piscina. Lo.mejor que nos enviaron a desayunar y cenar al ojos del.mar porque el.restauarnte del.hotel estaba cerrado.

Mooi complex!

Fijne appartement met zeezicht (nr 25). Twee badkamers en royaal modern interieur. Voor €15,- wordt je vanaf de luchthaven naar het appartementencomplex/hotel Porto Antigo gereden! Taxichauffeurs staan buiten te wachten. Reserveer een tour op het eiland bij Gessica tour Sal. Ze laat je in een dag alle highlights van het eiland zien!

Great location and excellent conditions considering the price!

Great location but somewhat dated

This is an older apartment complex with a nice pool and dedicated beach areas, right in Santa Maria with the nicest beach of the island (and in fact much nicer than at any of the more remote all-inclusive resorts on Sal). While the layout is nice, it is a bit cramped and everything is right next to each other. Our apartment overlooked a restaurant, meaning that e.g. our balcony was 2 meters away from people's plates - at times there was therefore no privacy on our balcony, or even inside the apartment unless we closed curtains. There was no ac in the bedroom, and it got hot. Windows could not be left open, because then one could just climb into the apartment from the outside corridor. The ac in the living room did not work (only blowing warm air). We had a booking for 2 adults and 2 children, but the second bed in the living room was not made when we arrived. In fact there was no bedding provided for the second bed, so we used the cover sheet from the master bedroom. The furniture was somewhat dated, in particular the convertible bed in the living room was almost falling apart, and was very dirty in addition. The wifi was expensive at 900 ESC per 24 hours - we knew this before, but had we intended to stay longer, we would not have booked here just because of this fact alone. While all of this doesn't sound very good, the place was fine for a night. Good value for price.

Super Lage, nur 3 Minuten zum Strand & ins Örtchen

Vergleichsweise zu anderen Anlagen sehr grüne Anlage mit ein wenig mediterranem Flair von kleinen Gassen. Superhipper Pool mit extravagantem Zugang zum Meer. Innerhalb von nur 3 Minuten ist man am Anfang des fast unendlichen Hauptstrands und auch schon inmitten des pulsierenden afrikanischen Lebens des kleinen Örtchens "Santa Maria" in dem sich alles von arm bis reich trifft und vollkommen ungezwungen relaxed und das mit wahrlich "NO STRESS".

Muy agradable

El entorno del hotel es muy bonito con su playita privada y la piscina. El restaurante papaya tiene unas muy bonitas vistas. Está muy bien situado, enseguida estás en la calle principal, y está muy cerca tb del famoso muelle y de las otras playas de Santa María. Lo único malo que nos pilló a nosotras, es que había obras en la calle y nuestro apartamento daba a la calle, y entonces, cada mañana nos despertaban...

Bel Residence,con piscina ,lettini ed ombrelloni,spiaggia privata,gli appartamenti sono spaziosi,l'arredo nel contesto non e' male,pieno di bei fiori,la posizione e' bella,puoi benissimo vedere il mare,sei praticamente in centro nel giro di due minuti a piedi,fuori dal residence ci sono bar, pizzerie,noleggio,supermarket,negozi.

I had a nice stay there apart from the fact the wifi and breakfast are not really worth it.

プールが広くてきれいでした。プライベートビーチは藻が多かったです。部屋はまあ、普通。キッチンが付いてて良かったです。

Bra och billigt boende !

Hotellet är beläget perfekt vid stranden i Santa Maria men läget är även perfekt om man vill in i den lilla staden. Rummet var lagom stort med bra kök . Städning varje dag - dock lite snålt med handdukar. Wi-fi köpte vi till men det fungerade bara vid poolen- vårt rum låg i del 2 dit wi-fi inte verkade nå. Det stod bäddsoffa men det var bra sängar - riktigt bra madrass. Kan rekommenderas :)

Schöne Hotelanlage in der Stadt

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern im Porto Antigo Hotel Residence Nr. 2 Anfang Februar 2016 mit direkter Strandlage (Stichwort Seeview). Die Nähe zum Strand war zum einen bestechend, aber auch die Stadt zu unseren Füßen zu haben (statt einer weitläufigen Hotelanlage) empfanden wir als Vorteil. Die Zimmereinrichtung kann man wohl als gehoben bezeichnen und war für uns vollkommend ausreichend, luxuriös war sie nicht.

Bonne hôtel au centre ville collé à la plage avec piscine au bord de mer. J'y retournerais .

Mi estancia en Porto Novo

El hotel en general en zonas comunes muy bien pero en servicios de las habitaciones tiene mucho q desear, por ejemplo el aire acondicionado funcionaba pero no enfriaba la televisión se veía siempre con lluvia al segundo día de estar allí fue cundo nos pudieron un termo nuevo y la nevera era una máquina de hacer hielo por dentro pero sin enfriar los alimentos en definitivo todo muy bien aparté de estos pequeños detalles.

Belle piscine. Equipement appartement vieillissant

résidence bien située. L'équipement des appartements commencent à vieillir, douche et plaque de cuisson à changer d'urgence. Piscine très agréable, manque les parasols. Demi-pension très décevante, de nombreux plats sont exclus de la demi-pension. Bon petit déjeuner

Condition of the room we stayed was not good. The door was too complicated to open, no AC in a bedroom, TV was very small and old, with few local channels. We booked it for three nights but decided to leave the next day. They said they can't pay us back any money. Overall a terrible service - won't come back here .
